Alta Vista Manor is an owner run facility. We are on the site, daily and we are directly involved in every day operations of the Facility.
We have found out, in over 32 years of running this kind of business that the best continuous high quality care can be provided better in the owner run facility where the owner is directly involved in the daily operation.
The owner of this type of owner operated facility has stronger motivation to provide better care to the residents.

The Facility can be accessed through a magnificent gated arch, that leads to a front courtyard garden of flowers, of tropical plants and roses, filled with the scents of beautiful fresh flowers and the harmonious sounds of by a huge water fountains surrounded by benches and patio tables.
This facility was specially designed and built to meet the highest quality requirements and to meet the best the key elements of the residential care industry.
In our over 32 years experience in designing and running residential care facilities, we have found that only a single level facilities design can provide the best care environment for the residents
In the front of the facility a large circular driveway gives access to over 15 large parking places

We have designed and built more than 5 facilities in over 32 years. We understand and know perhaps better than anyone the elderly care business, starting from the design, the construction, the operation and the managing elderly care facility.
We know all the requirements and the key elements necessary to the buildings that have to meet to serve at the best for the seniors care as:

In the last 2 years, we have rebuilt completely the Alta Vista Manor. we have introduced new features in RCFE business, that nobody has it, and is not existing yet in RCFE industry as the following:
We have changed the facility in a vacation five star, resort style:
-no stairs, no ramp. everything is at floor level.
-fire places in each rooms,
-55" Samsung 4K flat screen TV.
-fancy electrical recliner.
-swing double vinyl French doors, that open both doors at once towards as in very nice resort style
-walking closets.
-each Bedroom has a state of art walking shower with very expensive Italian porcelain tiles with Bellagio shower curtains.
-all toilets have push flashing button to make easier for the residents.
-each bathroom have very expensive solid wood vanity with marble sink top.
-each bathroom has touch on/off lighted
4"x 3" mirror, plus led top mirror light.
Each room has a swing double opening French doors that opens towards a private patio, built by vinyl white lattice covered, with fancy raisin cushioned patio furniture, 5 star resort style, in order the residents to enjoy more relaxing moments by increasing your outdoor living space with ventilating open lattice shade and airflow.
The elegant open lattice design reduces direct exposure to harmful UV rays by over 50 percent while venting away the uncomfortable heated air caught under solid panel covers.
The open lattice slat design provides essential health benefits from maximizing natural fresh air while minimizing exposure to harmful UV rays.
